Planning Board

**Attention: Important Submission Guidelines for Planning Applications**

Online Portal 

You MUST submit all applications for subdivisions, unified development proposals, land development projects, and comprehensive permits ONLINE using the OpenGov portal for Planning Board Applications.

All applications must be submitted to the Planning Department and certified complete by the Town Planner by the deadlines listed on the meeting posting to be considered during a Planning Board meeting.  In general, applications are due in the Planning Department 5 weeks prior to the meeting and the Town Planner must certify the application complete 3 weeks prior to the meeting.  Applications not meeting the posted deadlines may not be considered by the Planning Board.

Planning Board Scheduled Meetings

Hard Copies 

  • Submit hard copies to the Planning Office along with your digital submission. 

  • For projects needing Planning Board approval: Provide 12 printed copies of the complete application package. 

  • For projects needing only Administrative Officer approval: Provide 3 printed copies of the complete application package.
