“Don't be alarmed if you see Ryan Whiston in your driveway in the coming weeks.   Mr. Whiston is driving a 2017 Grey Dodge Journey, CT plate TS-458.    He is conducting field inspections on behalf of Vision Government Solutions, which has been hired by the Town to conduct a mandatory property reevaluation.

The Town of Exeter, RI, has hired Vision Government Solutions to conduct a Property Revaluation, required by state law every three years.  Vision Data Collectors will carry photo identification, as well as a letter from the Tax Assessor stating the nature of their work.

Their vehicle information will be on file with the Tax Assessor’s Office and the Town Sergeant.

The Town respectfully requests your cooperation with data collectors during this process, to ensure that accurate information is used in the revaluation process.

For questions about the revaluation process or additional information, please contact the Assessor’s office at 401-294-5734 or via email at TaxAssessor [at] ExeterRI.gov (TaxAssessor[at]ExeterRI[dot]gov).”
