Evaluation

What happens after you apply?

The Reynolds Trust Committee will assign a Committee Member to conduct an initial review of the application. This review will determine if the information provided is sufficient for the application to be considered by the full committee. In the event additional information is needed, you will be asked to provide additional supporting documentation.

The full Trust Committee will review each completed Grant application. Every effort will be made to help those in need. Assistance is considered based on the order applications are received, and the appropriateness of the request in keeping within the rules and terms of the Reynolds Charitable Trust Ordinance. The focus of the Committee will be on the individual applicant's income and needs or an organization's connection to service Exeter residents in need.

Grant Requests supported by the Committee, will be presented to the Town Council (the Trustee) recommending approval. Grant Requests not supported by the Committee, will not be presented to the Town Council (Trustee).

You will be notified of the decision in writing by a Trust Committee Member.
