Contactless Hold Pickup

Contactless Hold Pickup is available for those who prefer or require this option. Let us know when you plan to arrive. Your holds will be in a bag in the foyer, ready for pickup.

Step 1

Place items on hold via the library catalog, or contact us if you need help finding and putting items on hold. You will be notified when your holds are ready for pickup.

Step 2

Let us know when you'd like to pickup your holds. Fill out the Contactless Hold Pickup Webform, or email or call us. We will confirm your pickup time.

Step 3

Pick up your holds in the library foyer.

Notes

• Please don't arrive early for pickup appointments. Your items may not be ready. 
• Your holds will be available for up to two hours after the pickup time. If your appointment is at 2 pm, for example, you have until 4 pm to pick up your holds. Please reschedule if you cannot make it within that time window.  
• Unless we hear from you, items that haven't been picked up will be checked in after 2 days.
